The staff is professional and easy-going. They have wheelchair-accessible rooms with a microwave, refrigerator, and ironing board. the breakfast is good, and the location is unbeatable, near local restaurants in a quiet area.

The breakfast at Budget Inn/ Natick was good and we really enjoyed the dining area. The location was good, close enough to Boston to get downtown quickly with easy access to a shopping area and a market.

It was extremely outdated and very spooky at first. A hot night, window did not open and a.c. not on- and wasn't sure if it would come on- suffocating- a.c. should have been left on at a moderate temperature. Finally kicked on hours later. Front door would not open with card- tried many times- finally opened. It would not lock with latch. Room and bathroom were clean- but from a by gone era. Man at front desk was friendly and accomodating.

Convenient location, with a big mall nearby 🛍. The staff were really professional and easy-going. The room is pet-friendly and has been recently updated. It's got all the essentials you need, like a nice shower, a hairdryer, and big bath sheets.

Hotel advertised free wifi in rooms, but I was unable to get my Macintosh computer to hook up with their rather signal. It has not been a problem in any other hotel I've ever stayed in.

My stay here was great! Loved the fact that I chose this newly remodelled and nice hotel. The breakfast was satisfactory at all-milk! The staff were easygoing, excellent services. The property was in a favourable location, in a friendly stop over. I had quick lunch at Smashburger, located not very far from the hotel.

The hotel was recently refurbished and nice, close enough to Boston to get downtown quickly. The breakfast at all-milk was served in the dining area. The location was good for walking around The Natick Mall. It was also just off the bus station, a quiet area next to lots of shopping centers with fast food and green line.

Only the location. It is a motel that needs extensive cleaning and updating. The heating did not work and we were freezing at night. The heating equipment supposedly turns on at 52 degrees. Well, it never turned on even though the temperature went below 52. The bathroom mirror is all tarnished. We had very worn out pillows - two only. The motel could not provide more. Our room - 109 - faced a staircase and the entire space around the staircase was filled with garbage and stuff.The best and only good thing was the price. Would I stay there again - never!
